After many years of fixing and managing other businesses, we have decided to alter direction slightly. This is as a result of having a number of acquaintances recently exiting or transitioning their business and all of them being unhappy with the outcome!

We have teamed up with like minded persons who are experienced Exit Planning Advisors.

So what is Exit Planning?

Exit Planning is a process whereby we:

- Maximise the transferable business net value

- Ensure a plan is in place to assist the owner in being financially prepared when they exit or transition their business

- Ensure there is a plan for 'What Next?'.

On the Business side, our Value Enhancement methodology is a proven process and management system to benchmark your business, Identify the business Value drivers (and killers) and implement action plans to address areas of growth and Value Enhancement of your business.

On the Personal side, the biggest Value of an Exit Plan is that it ensures that;

1. your personal '3rd act' plan, and

2. your personal financial requirements, and

There are 8 exit or transition options (or a combination of these), available to a business owner. It is imperative that all these options are understood particularly with regard to timing, taxes, net values, deal terms, etc.

The Exit Planning process is a structured process which can take from 6 months to 24 months. It essentially is conducted in 4 Stages, during which time we will manage and monitor the content experts until their role has been completed. (All this while we assist to Enhance the Value of your business!)
