This analysis essentially contains 3 parts:

1. Leadership

Is the correct leadership/mix of leaders in place to manage the business effectively?

2. Cost structure

Where are the costs incurred by the business and can we stop the bleeding?

3. Routes to Market (incl. product basket)

Investigating the effectiveness of the existing Channels to Market, and analysing the needs that we are servicing.

Are there new channels and products that we can add?

4. Exit Planning (if required)
